A 3.5-hectare estate with a large and two smaller guesthouses in the Balaton Highlands – no streets, no house numbers, just nature. Tucked away in the rolling hills, far from the bustle, embraced by the countryside.
Ideal for gatherings with friends and family, celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, and intimate weddings. Also a perfect venue for retreats, corporate events and workshops.
We offer exclusive use of the estate, meaning the entire property, including the houses and the whole land, is rented out only to one group, ensuring privacy and the comfort of having the place all to yourselves.
The rooms feature private bathrooms, spacious common areas, and a separate group room for events. The houses are fully equipped with high-quality amenities, offering everything you need, just like a real home.
When we first started exploring the estate, with its large house – then still with its pink and blue walls and breathtaking panorama – the cellar with the over 100-year-old press at the back, the small house with its beautiful green tiled stove and crumbling, moldy walls, the almond orchard, the vineyard, and the part planted with fruit trees, all surrounded by grass that reached up to our heads, we instantly and irreversibly fell in love with the place.

The entire estate is a 3.5-hectare enclosed area, nestled between the volcanic hills, at the foot of Mount Csobánc, where the Káli and Tapolca Basins meet, in one of the most beautiful parts of the Balaton Highlands.
Farm & houses
It’s worth walking around the estate: we have an almond orchard with nearly 100 trees, a lavender field, three vineyards, fruit trees, a large vegetable garden, an old sandpit, an acacia forest, and several lookout points offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area and Lake Balaton. After a stroll, it’s a pleasure to relax in our houses.
