Capacity & Prices
Intimacy is a key value for us, that’s why we welcome only one group at one time on our estate, with a maximum capacity of 22 guests in our 3 houses.
We look forward to hosting you, whether you’re coming with family, friends, or colleagues.
It is possible to rent just the main house (5 bedrooms and common areas), or to combine the main house with one of the smaller houses. Additionally, during the off-season and weekdays, it is possible to rent just the small house or the cabin, depending on availability.
Main house price (with full estate use):

During all other periods:
700 EUR / night
Small house price (with full estate use):
300 EUR / night
Cabin price (with full estate use):
170 EUR / night
* High season:The period from May 15 to September 15, as well as holiday long weekends.
During the high season and long weekends, the estate can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights, while in other periods, the minimum stay is 2 nights. A 1-night booking is possible in special cases, with an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 HUF for the main house and 20,000 HUF for the small house and the cabin.
You’ll have exclusive use of the estate—your group will be the only ones here.
The Main House can be booked for up to 14 guests (700 EUR/night, or 800 EUR / night during high season).
For groups larger than 14, the Small House must also be booked, adding 300 EUR per night to the total sum.
The Small House accommodates 4-6 guests. The Cabin is ideal for 2 guests.

We strive to ensure that your stay is full of pleasant and memorable experiences. We are happy when you return and recommend us to your friends and acquaintances.
Your booking will only be considered final once the confirmation has been received and 50% of the accommodation fee has been paid based on the issued invoice. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. Cancellation policy: cancellations can be made up to 14 days before arrival for free.
Check-in, check out: the accommodation can be occupied from 3:30 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Depending on availability, earlier arrival or later departure can be requested for an additional fee; please inform us of this before arrival.
Upon final departure, the key must be returned to us. In case of lost keys, the cost of replacing the lock must be covered.
Smoking is not allowed inside the buildings.

- Fully equipped rooms with towels, bed linens, toilet paper, and shower gel
- Fully equipped kitchen (glasses, plates, pots, utensils, household appliances, coffee maker, kettle, freezer, fridge, wine cooler, oven, stovetop, and microwave)
- Filtered and purified water, and a soda machine
- Use of the common areas and the entire estate
- Exclusive ude of the estate: no other groups will be present on the estate, only yours
- Pool and jacuzzi use
- Tourist tax
- Cleaning fee
- The possibility of electric car charging (fees will be calculated based on the consumption meter)
