Private Dining Experience by Chef András Szabó
Multiple-course dinner/lunch menu with matching wine selection
András is the chef at the Green Michelin-starred Villa Kabala, where his creative dishes and concepts, along with the use of local and homemade ingredients, enchant fine dining enthusiasts. He values daily renewal, the use of seasonal raw materials, high quality, and value creation. Our approach to hospitality and life immediately aligned, and we are delighted that András occasionally accepts requests to prepare a lunch or dinner for groups at our estate.
Private Dining Experience by Tischler Petra
Full board using home-grown ingredients
Petra’s work focuses on respecting nature: she grows every plant with a biodynamic, permaculture approach, starting from seeds that she sources and plants herself. Her most important goal is to build an environmentally conscious kitchen with minimal emissions. Her work is based on a zero waste philosophy, with a particular focus on head-to-tail and farm-to-fork concepts. She explores the long-forgotten reuse opportunities for all kitchen waste. We operate our estate with the same mindset, so we are thrilled that Petra can take care of all meals during corporate or private retreats, while educating about this philosophy.
Healthy Lifestyle & Inspiration with Veganeeta
Cooking Workshop, Dinner, Lunch, and Conversation with Árvai Anita
I’ve been following Anita’s work from the very beginning, and we finally met in person when she came to film at our estate for her guesthouse project. We instantly connected and knew that we would collaborate in some way in the future.
Over the past few years, Anita Árvai and Veganeeta have become a well-known brand in the world of veganism and healthy eating. Once a lawyer, Anita transformed into “Veganeeta,” building a vibrant community around plant-based living. She first opened Veganeeta Restaurant in Balatonalmádi, where she cooked, baked, and welcomed guests. She shared her knowledge with passion, expanded her business, and became a presence in more and more spaces—growing her community along the way.
These days, instead of running a restaurant, she focuses on a variety of projects, including workshops, themed evenings, retreats, and unique culinary experiences—constantly bringing new ideas to life.
Anita has inspired countless people, not just through her food but also through her lifestyle and philosophy. People follow her, learn from her, and enjoy her delicious, nourishing meals.
She is available for cooking workshops for groups or can prepare a memorable lunch or dinner, all while sharing stories, insights, and her love for food.
Kinga Madarász

I first met Kinga at one of our yoga retreats, and soon realized she would be the chef for several others as well. After tasting her food, I wholeheartedly recommended her for more retreats—she is a passionate advocate of vegan cuisine, creating delicious, nourishing, and diverse meals for any type of retreats.
As a chef and nutrition consultant, Kinga focuses on making her meals not only delicious, but also nutritious and well-balanced. Her cooking is defined by freshness, seasonal ingredients, and creative dishes which is loved by both vegans and non-vegans love.
She is also at home in gluten-free cuisine and can easily accommodate other dietary sensitivities, ensuring that everyone enjoys their meals without compromise.
Choose Kinga for your retreat and enjoy full catering throughout your stay! With her in the kitchen, you’re guaranteed delicious, healthy meals while maintaining mind-body harmony.
Breakfast Basket from Kinga’s Pantry
Quality, additive-free, pure local products from the Farm Shop
The products in the shop come from both their own and other biodynamically operated family farms. Kinga and Levi started focusing on self-sufficiency and homemade food production 11 years ago. On their farm, they raise animals, process mangalica pork and goat’s milk using traditional “slow” methods. They cooperate with the best farmers in the area to ensure that only top-quality handcrafted products are available in the Farm Shop, ranging from homemade bread and eggs to herbal teas, but also syrups, pickles, and other homemade delicacies. The product range is constantly expanding and seasonally changing.
The breakfast basket includes a hearty platter of meats, cheeses, and spreads, sourdough bread, fresh vegetables, and eggs.
Homestyle Meals from Bak Vendéglő
Hot meals in chafing dishes
Located in Gyulakeszi, directly across from the church, Bak Vendéglő offers homestyle flavors and high-quality hot meals, making it an excellent option for catering family celebrations or corporate retreats. Their diverse and varied menu, friendly and attentive service, and experienced and flexible approach ensure that the only thing you need to worry about is the shared meal, without any prep work required. Our common focus is on preserving values, as the restaurant was created by breathing new life into an old mill, preserving its legacy—just as we strive to harmonize the old and the new in our own innovations.
Fruzsina Farkas
The Green Sommelier
The first time I met Fruzsi was in a report and I decided that I would really like to work with her one day. We spent a whole day together at Kövirigó Farm, exchanging ideas, and I found her way of thinking about life incredibly inspiring. I deeply admire the awareness she has of herself and her career.
She is a “Green Sommelier”, which means she works with natural, fermented drinks. This includes all kinds of healthy drinks like kombucha and water kefir.
Her career began in Paris, where she worked in restaurants for years alongside her university studies. It was here that she really fell in love with gastronomy. She was captivated by the French wine regions and their deep-rooted food culture, and she became determined to bring this experience to people at home.
In Budapest, she joined SALT, a Michelin-starred and Green Star restaurant, where she completed the WSET sommelier training and had the opportunity to continuously grow, visiting numerous wineries both in Hungary and abroad. Over time, she became Salt’s assistant sommelier and the creative creater and implementer of non-alcoholic, so-called juice pairings.
In the meantime, a healthy and natural lifestyle has become a priority in her daily life. She is also very concerned with sustainability and how we can live in a way that keeps us and our environment healthy, without sacrificing the joy of delicious food and drinks.
Fruzsi regularly leads fermentation workshops, which I highly recommend for health-conscious groups or anyone eager to try something unique while embracing sustainability and environmental awareness.
Izabella Puszta
Integrative Coach, Team Coach, Couple and Family Therapist candidate
I spent 20 years working in corporate HR, specializing in training and development, talent management, employer branding, organizational development, corporate culture, and change management—all areas that focus on employee well-being and growth. My work has always centered around understanding how people experience corporate environments and beyond, as well as how organizations function as a whole.
That’s why I started to train myself as a coach, first in 2016-2017, at Gyuri Sárvári’s Extrém coach training, then between 2018-2020 at GROW Organisational Development and Consulting as an integrative coach, where I learned different techniques to use them in an integrated way. In 2023-2024 I studied psychodrama-based team coaching at Szabó Gabi, at Watson Team Coach Institute.
In 2021, I started training as a Couples and Family Therapist at the Family Therapy Association, in which I am still training and specialising to this day.
In my work, I am always excited about how I can support individuals, couples and teams to find their own solutions by taking responsibility for themselves and finding their own path. The greatest joy for me is to see people discover their potential, see the limitations that have held them back, start to think differently, see themselves and their environment differently, and turn what has been holding them back into something that works for them, enabling them to do new things and to shape their environment in a positive way.
I am happy to work with teams or giving short presentations on a variety of topics related to our own personal growth, well-being, body awareness, and overcoming mental barriers.
Rita Torkos
Makeup, Dance, Flowers
I first met Rita through her Esszencia Workshop, where a red lipstick and a simple daily skincare routine opened up a whole new world for me. Weddings are her true love, and she enjoys every aspect, from floral arrangements to first dances and bridal makeup.
In her makeup workshops, Rita teaches personalized skincare and makeup techniques that seamlessly fit into everyday routines. She shares practical tips to enhance natural beauty, helping participants achieve a radiant look—even with minimal makeup. Her skincare approach brings vitality to the skin, making it glow effortlessly. Workshop participants learn to master these techniques at home like pros, and Rita also provides tailored product recommendations. For those feeling adventurous, she helps find the perfect red lipstick or demonstrates how to create a stunning festive look.
I highly recommend Rita as an extra experience for bachelorette parties, women’s retreats, or leadership programs for women.

TÍMEA KÖVI
Yoga Instructor, Energetic Massage Therapist, u°natural Trainer
If you’d like to practice yoga, try the Tibetan sound bath or a special form of movement, I highly recommend Tímea Kövi, who lives nearby our farm and will be happy to come and give you a session during your stay.
Tímea and I instantly connected. She is a passionate Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga instructor and practitioner, energetic massage therapist, u°natural trainer, traveler, and lifelong dreamer. She uses a variety of tools to help others discover yoga’s greatest gift— find our way back to ourselves and self-awareness—so they can reconnect with themselves and and consciously create a joyful and easier life.
She loves to travel, and for her, the greatest adventure is exploring new places: learning about cultures she hasn’t experienced before, connecting with people from all over the world, enriching her world view, pushing her boundaries physically and mentally. Painting, Crafting, Creating
With Artist Helga Orosz
Helga came into my life through a series of chance encounters. Both Levi and Vera, our colleagues, are her students, and I first recommended her for a watercolor painting session at a bachelorette party. The feedback was so overwhelmingly positive, and the paintings so beautiful, that I soon reached out to Helga to explore future collaborations with other groups as well.
Nearly ten years ago, Helga and her team founded Művészkert (Art Garden), a space where people can connect through art. As a painter and educator, she leads unique workshops, lectures, and training sessions across the country, offering anyone the chance to experience art as a positive and uplifting journey. Her programs are designed to all age groups and communities—whether it’s a bachelorette party, a family gathering, a team-building event, or a birthday celebration.
Beyond the walls of Művészkert, Helga brings her art sessions to various locations, adapting seamlessly to different spaces, groups, and needs.
If you’re looking for a high-quality, enriching experience, I highly recommend Helga.
